Just sharing a few pictures here from last weekend. Bryan and I took his Mother, Brenda on a short weekend get-away. We went to Graceland in Memphis, and on to Tunica Mississippi. Here are a few pictures and highlights from the weekend. I can not wait to use my Cricut, and the "Nifty 50's" cartridge to capture these memories.
These shots come from Graceland:
I was (pleasantly) surprised to find this guy along my journey, look, he is actually taller than me! I came across "Big John" on my way to Popeye's Fried Chicken. . . their spicy, cajun chicken ranks high on my list of favorite things! Oh, and do not forget the biscuits and honey!
Hollywood Casino in Tunica. Tunica seems so small when you have just been to Vegas!
Finally, this project, which may seem a little out of place in this post. This picture comes from Eclectica Scrapbooks and Stamps in Memphis; it is made from one of the Tim Holtz, "Configurations" boxes. This store has to be one of my favorite scrapbook stores to date. Rhonda and her team do an amazing job, and the samples are breathtaking! I can not wait to go back!
